Winter Byakuya

Byakuya, again. This time it's winter and let us imagine that Byakuya is still (in his teens? hundredth) quite young to be a captain, and quite frozen (hence the red nose ^_^ ) going .. to practice with Senbonzakura? Yeah, let's imagine that
Christmas is near.

I'm trying to practice my Photoshop skills and some techniques various mangaka recommended (picked them from the Newtype or somewhat). Kinda works, I believe.
I know I'm terrible at drawing swords/straight objects. Will work on that too.
